Hello everyone! It's been quite a while since we decided to put our social media activity on the back burner.
We were less visible because we focused on delivering projects, developing products and gaining new experience.
Our portfolio grows every year, but today we want to tell the story of the Business Zone project.
It all began with a tender for one of the largest financial institutions in Poland.
Our task was to create a supplier qualification process and a portal that would enable cooperation between internal and external users.
The project was a huge challenge. It involved data analysis, a contract repository, business processes and many advanced features.
Although we initially lost the tender to a large IT corporation, we did not give up and continued developing our expertise.
Failures are often what teach us how to win.
A year later, the client came back to us. The company that had won the tender had not been able to deliver the project as expected.
In just eight months, we implemented and launched four key modules of the system in production.
That is how Business Zone was born — a proprietary solution created by SKILL & CHILL.
The system has now been developed for more than four years and currently includes, among other things:
- supplier registry
- contract repository
- budget module
- purchasing and orders
- invoices
- HR and contractors
- Supplier Portal
The road to success was not easy, but determination and passion helped us reach our goal.
